The delivery of the ordered goods takes place within approx. 1-4 working days after full payment with DHL by parcel or a little longer on pallet with DBSchenker. If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods due to unforeseeable high demand or bottlenecks at suppliers, we will inform you immediately of any delays caused by this. The shipping costs depend on the country of delivery (we deliver worldwide) and the product. Any import duties or comparable charges are to be borne by you. In the event of withdrawal, you shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post.

With the desired day service, we deliver your parcels when it suits you best. You have the option of permanently specifying weekdays for the delivery of your home-addressed consignments or you can postpone the delivery day for an individual consignment by up to six days.
DHL desired location
Designate a hidden place on your property where we can leave and/or collect your parcels while you are away. This allows us to deliver and collect your parcels when you are not at home.

Designate a person in your immediate neighborhood with whom we can leave your parcels in your absence. This way, we can deliver your parcels to you even if you are not at home.

Delivery outside the European Union:
