Shipping and Delivery Terms
Delivery of the ordered goods will take place – subject to any deviating information in the respective offer – after full payment has been received:
Parcel shipping (e.g. DHL): approx. 1–4 business days
Pallet shipping (e.g. DB Schenker): approx. 2–7 business days
These are non-binding delivery time estimates that depend, particularly for freight shipments, on the schedule agreement with the recipient.
Should delays occur due to unforeseeably high demand, logistical restrictions or supply shortages at upstream suppliers, we will, of course, inform you immediately.
A binding delivery date is not set by us, but in the case of freight shipments, is coordinated directly with you by the respective shipping service provider.
Recipient’s Duties of Cooperation (especially with freight shipments)
For larger deliveries (pallet goods), active scheduling of the delivery and ensuring readiness to receive delivery is required.
Delays caused by lack of availability, missing appointment agreement or refusal of acceptance are not within our responsibility.

Shipping costs depend on:

Order quantity / Weight
Shipping method (parcel / pallet)
We deliver worldwide. The specific shipping costs will be displayed during the order process.
Delivery within the European Union
Depending on the destination country, delivery time is normally:
Parcel shipping: approx. 2–7 business days
Freight shipping: approx. 1–3 weeks
Variations are possible depending on region and logistics partner.
Delivery to Third Countries (outside the EU)
Shipping is carried out duty unpaid. Additional costs may arise in the destination country, in particular:
Import sales tax
Customs duties
Clearance or service fees of the shipping service provider
These costs:
are not included in the purchase price
are not charged by us
are to be borne by the recipient as importer
Cancellation and return costs
In the event of cancellation, you bear the direct costs of the return.
This also applies in particular to goods that cannot be shipped by parcel (e.g. pallet shipment), where return costs may be substantial.

Shipping will only take place after full payment has been received.
Note on DHL recipient services
To optimize delivery, you may optionally use the shipping provider's services (e.g. preferred date, preferred location, Packstation).
The use of these services is exclusively a matter between you and the shipping provider.
