Delivery time

Shipping and Delivery Terms
Delivery of the ordered goods will take place—unless otherwise specified in the respective offer—upon receipt of full payment:
Parcel shipping (e.g., DHL): approx. 1–4 business days
Pallet shipping (e.g., DB Schenker): approx. 2–7 business days
These are non-binding delivery time estimates that depend, particularly in the case of freight forwarding, on the schedule agreed upon with the recipient.
Should delays occur due to unforeseeably high demand, logistical constraints, or supply bottlenecks at upstream suppliers, we will, of course, inform you immediately.
A binding delivery date is not set by us, but—in the case of freight shipments—is coordinated directly with you by the respective shipping service provider.

Recipient’s Cooperation Obligations (particularly for freight forwarding shipments)
For larger deliveries (palletized goods), active coordination of delivery dates and confirmation of readiness to receive the shipment are required.
Delays resulting from unavailability, failure to coordinate a delivery date, or refusal to accept the package are not our responsibility.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Area
Shipping costs are based on:
Country of delivery
Order quantity / weight
Shipping method (package / pallet)
We ship worldwide. The specific shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.

Delivery within the European Union
Depending on the destination country, delivery times are generally:
Package shipping: approx. 2–12 business days
Freight shipping: approx. 1–3 weeks
Variations are possible depending on the region and logistics partner.

Delivery to third countries (outside the EU)
The shipment is sent duty-unpaid. Additional costs may arise in the destination country, in particular:
Import sales tax
Customs duties
Handling or service fees charged by the shipping provider
These costs:
are not included in the purchase price
are not collected by us
are to be borne by the recipient as the importer

Cancellation and Return Costs
In the event of a cancellation, you bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
This applies in particular to goods that cannot be shipped as packages (e.g., pallet shipments), for which return shipping costs can be substantial.

Terms of Payment
Payment can be made via:
Prepayment
PayPal
Shipping will take place only after full payment has been received.

Note on DHL Recipient Services
To optimize delivery, you can optionally use the shipping provider’s services (e.g., preferred delivery date, preferred location, Packstation).
The use of these services is exclusively between you and the shipping provider.

If you’d like, I can draft a appropriately worded reply email to the customer (firm but legally sound) —tailored specifically to the case involving Schenker and his claim.
